The layout is equally well suited for spring, summer, and fall visits to Ellicottville. Guests enter through a private entrance into a large mudroom, ideal for storing skis, boots, and outerwear in winter, or golf bags, hiking gear, and bikes during warmer months. From the mudroom, you step directly into the main living level. The main level serves as the primary gathering space. It features a large living room with a Roku TV and gas fireplace, creating a comfortable spot to relax after a day on the slopes or out exploring. A dining area sits between the living room and the kitchen, making it easy to enjoy shared meals and games. The full kitchen opens to both spaces, allowing for easy meal prep while staying connected with the group. A half bathroom is also located on this level for convenience. Upstairs, the entire upper level is dedicated to the primary suite. This spacious bedroom includes a king bed and its own private ensuite bathroom, offering privacy and a quiet retreat from the rest of the home. The lower level includes two additional sleeping areas, a full bathroom, and laundry. One guest bedroom features a king bed and its own Roku TV.
