"Do not stay here. We booked a room for the Morgan Wallen concert, and the hotel was completely unprepared for the volume of guests. When we tried to check in 45 minutes early, a very rude front desk clerk abruptly turned us away. We returned at 3:45 PM—well past the official 3:00 PM check-in time—and our room still wasn't ready. We finally got into a room around 4:00 PM. While waiting in the lobby, we witnessed a highly disorganized and concerning situation. The hotel was overbooked, and other guests were actively complaining about bed bugs in their rooms. When those guests asked for refunds, they were told the front desk couldn't process them and that they had to email the owner, who apparently refuses to take phone calls. As for our room, we thankfully didn't spot any bed bugs, but it wasn't very clean. The bed was easily one of the worst I've ever slept in. The only bright spot of the entire stay was the shower, which had great water pressure and drained well. Overall, it was a terrible experience. While the second front desk clerk we dealt with was incredibly nice and did everything she could to help, the first clerk we encountered was highly unprofessional. It’s overwhelmingly clear that the absentee owner does not care about the property, the customers, or supporting their staff. Avoid this place."

"The room was very nice and spacious. The night attendant was very kind and helpful considering she had to take on more job descriptions. I would definitely recommend this hotel stay."

"Easy to park, check in was quick"

"The room and property was clean overall. The parking lot in the front was completely full so we had to park in the back parking lot next to the expressway. There was one other car there in the back lot in the afternoon and a few more early in the morning. That part didn’t necessarily feel the safest since it was hidden away, and I would have felt safer if a man had been with us rather than just me and my sister. I was also worried about leaving my car outside there overnight, but luckily nothing happened. We had no soap in the shower, thankfully my sister had brought some. The mattresses were extremely hard and uncomfortable and the sheets were more stiff than soft. Check in was a super smooth process, did not take long to check in or out. Did not use the pool or eat breakfast so I cannot attest to those amenities. It was rather quiet over night and I love the blackout shade on the window because I hate any light when I sleep. Overall, it was a decent place, not worth the price. Would prob stay somewhere else if we come back to Indy. "

"The place smelt like smoke as soon as we walked in. The halls smelt like smoke. The room didn’t at first until all of the guest from a concert came back. "

"Room was satisfactory, clean bathroom, hot shower was good. TV wasn’t working. Loved the Waffle House restaurant, proximity to downtown Indianapolis and I-65."

"The staff were amazing and friendly however, I booked months in advance for this particular weekend. Even the manager cited I was very early. We called for early check-in 4 times being told it was a possibility. Day of we not only couldn’t get in early, our room was not ready at check in time. Once in after 4, there wasn’t any hot water to take showers. After driving 5-8 hrs, a hot shower would have been nice. The AC unit smelled like bad feet while operating. We ended up being late to our show since unable to check- in on time and get ready properly. We had to do hobo showed with wash clothes! A couple of the outlets in the bathroom weren’t working so we had to get ready on the floor in the other room. Friendly staff but they weren’t able to do anything to help. Hoping for some sort of compensation for this."
