"First room had a wet stain on the mattress and sheet so they loved us. Second room was amazing. We had the view of Gainbridge Stadium which we enjoyed. The breakfast on the weekend was much better than the breakfast on weekdays. The staff was nice. Pivot restaurant inside the hotel was really good. "

"Stayed here with my 10 yo daughter during spring break and the staff was fabulous. They took great care of us and treated her like a queen. Love the art deco inspired decor and the room was very clean. Location is close to restaurants, sports facilities and the canal walk. Loved the Parisian style bistro and store "

"I ended up in this hotel last minute as Hotels.com booked me in a non-existent hotel. It is run down, wreaks of the smell of pot, repairs are either not done or are done poorly. Furniture is beat up, caulk is missing, paint is peeling, no hangers, no toiletries, no housekeeping, no lightbulbs in lamps. My key needed to be reset three times over two nights. I tried to get out of the last minute reservation but the front desk said no. My son who had planned to stay the second night declined after seeing it and chose to drive a hour to his local residence instead. Beds were okay. Surprisingly the sheets did appear to be clean. If this place were very cheap it would be more understandable but prices were jacked up because the NCAA Final Four was in town. "

"2 very thin sm towels, no bath mat, after using towels twice, asked at front desk for clean was told would have to ask permission from laundry. Canceled reservation 24 hour advance NO refund. No coffee, no iron, no sm necessities like most hotels offer. Never have I stayed at Red Roof Inn and NEVER will I stay again. "

"Was not as pictured. Ran down and unsafe area to stay. Paint pilling from the building not all doors would close. Random people hanging around outside. "
