Hyatt Regency Niagara Falls Fallsview

"Worth the money we spent. Originally booked a cityview room, arrived and was able to upgrade for a small fee to a fallsview room. The staff were phenomenal. On the not great end, the shower lacked preferred water pressure. Additionally, our sink faucet was not properly secured. Both these things didn't really alter the stay, just worth noting. Parking was an unexpected premium purchase. It cost me $70 per night to self park in the parking garage. It would have been $100 per night for valet. Breakfast at the STK (the on-site hotel restaurant) is fine, but understand that the sunrise is over the falls and in your face through the entire meal."

"The room cleaning staff was exceptionally helpful and kind every day we were greeted with a smile and cheery good morning Rooms were clean and roomy, outside noise is a bit much but not the staffs fault however the homeless population while not aggressive they come thru the lobby, yell to themselves, smoke crack and weed and one was prepping to shoot up in the lobby on two different occasions we walked past the house less individuals and in a busy lobby no staff seemed concerned or to notice that was the creepiest part of our entire stay we even saw a man smoking crack in a boba tea shop and I wasn’t sure if it’s just something staff allows for since the individuals aren’t aggressive I guess The gym is small and clean There were men coming in and out in jeans while I was trying to workout and made me uncomfortable but thinking the “adults” only pool area there was a big family with kids and lots of splashing and fun but definitely not a kid free or adult only and the staff there seemed a bit overwhelmed but was clean I wouldn’t say it’s super kid friendly considering the amount of houseless are allowed to loiter and do drugs openly"

"The best part of the room was the view and the big window for the optimal view of the falls. The hotel needs a little improvement with the amenities that would've made the experience better, like breakfast delivered to your room. The front door needs to be slammed shut in order for the lock to be secured, we almost left it open due to that reason. There should be better light source in the room other than the side table lights. There is no fan in the bathroom to get rid of any smell. TV selections can be better, I would've preferred sports channels. The shower tiles might need a little more cleaning. They can add things like a soap bar for the shower rather than a massage lotion bar, could've added toothpaste, facewash, and handwash. We spent a lot of money for one night, it would've been better if we got something complimentary like wine bottle or free parking, but we got 2 water bottles complimentary. At the Marriott parking is complimentary, but parking underground was booked here and we had to walk a block away for parking. We also got cleaners knocking on the door at 10:15am when our check out was for 11am. We enjoyed this hotel mainly for the view, and that's what you're paying for. Everything else is good but could've easily been better compared to the standards of other hotels."

"Literally one of my favourite hotels in Niagara Falls! This is my second stay at Vittoria Hotel & Suites, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. From the bright, modern atmosphere and beautiful lighting to the friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and incredibly convenient parking, everything makes you feel welcome. Walking into this hotel feels refreshing, especially compared to some big-name hotels like Marriott, Sheraton, and Hilton, where my experiences haven’t always justified the luxury price tag. I’ve experienced dated rooms, dim yellow lighting, cleanliness issues, long elevator waits, and inconvenient parking at other properties. I even remember staying at a Marriott during COVID and receiving nothing more than an apple and a bottle of water for breakfast. Experiences like these make you question what you’re actually paying for. Why spend nearly $400 on a hotel when Vittoria can offer such a comfortable and convenient stay for under $100, depending on the dates and rates? What I appreciate most is how the little things are done right here. After a long drive and dealing with traffic, convenient parking and a welcoming atmosphere make all the difference, especially when travelling with family. Honestly, this hotel has made me enjoy Niagara Falls more. When your accommodation eliminates the unnecessary stress, you can actually relax and enjoy the trip. Vittoria Hotel has earned my loyalty. If it’s available, this is where I stay"
