"Things have changed since I was last here , rooms are still good, they have upgraded their breakfast and the amount of choice is excellent,quality is good ,the grounds have been meticulously kept neat and tidy ,it’s a perfect place if you have kids to be free and play , such a treat to see the animals and wild animals that are close by,we really enjoyed our stay ,we were not affected by loadshedding-generator onsite "

Hosts were friendly and helpful - even gave us a bottle of local wine on the house when they told us the restaurant recommended by them was unlicensed! Will really recommend Karoo View Cottages; and will definitely stay there again if we are in the area!!"

"Not as advertised! The roof leaked so much the entire bedroom got flooded! All our stuff got soaked. At some points there was NO WATER (This outside of when the electricity didn't work). It was also very noisy as the tree kept slamming the tin roof at night. Depending on your preference the mattresses are all quite hard. The wifi didn't work even though it said connected. "
