Heaven, the staff member at check in was courteous and helpful with my check in and any questions or concerns. Room was basic, few tv channels but working fridge and cheap towels. Room was clean, large and nicely renovated. Beds were one piece foam and a stand instead of coil or hybrid. Underground covered parking with an elevator to the lobby was a great feature. Missed breakfast since they shut it down at 9 instead of 10am like most places. Coffee machine was out of coffee and it took 20 minutes to get some since the front desk clerk was too busy to leave her station and couldn't find any other staff. The hotel seemed minimally staffed in general.

We appreciated that you park in a garage that was under the hotel, as it was raining when we arrived, so no carrying in our luggage in the rain. The guy at the front desk was helpful and directed us to a good restaurant for dinner. It was also close to the interpretive center we went to in the morning. It was clean and very affordable.

It was a nice hotel I was just thrown off a little bit because of the location it was right downtown. Some construction closed the roads trying to get there. And the location seemed a little bit sketchy at night. They have an underground parking garage however I was pulling a trailer and would not fit. I was able to find parking on the street but during the week that might not be a option

The beds are hard. They also have a metal baseboard that you kick anytime you get in bed. The property had a make over but you can see the short cuts that were made. You can hear people about and below you. You can also hear people in the hallway. The breakfast is just ok, nothing outstanding. It wasn't the worst place ive stayed but could of been better. However, the staff was friendly and helpful.
