Features wood burning stove, large flat screen TV (with Roku), Blu-ray DVD player, WiFi, and central AC/heat. Open concept floor plan with breakfast bar and kitchen. Screened porch, oversized deck, and propane grill. Private riverfront access with a bench swing, fire pit, and a hammock. Play in the river with access to a canoe, kayaks, river tubes, and life jackets all provided. 6 person hot tub!
