Our housekeeping staff travels a great distance, please depart no later than 12 noon. Please bring your own personal hygiene products (shampoo, soap, toothpaste, etc). Please call office for trash pick up if garbage is overflowing. Please wash all your dishes or start the dishwasher. If there is a wood burning stove or fireplace, ensure the fire is burnt all the way down and close the door or fireplace screen. DO NOT PUT WATER INSIDE FIREPLACE OR WOODSTOVE, WATER WILL CRACK THE DEVICE. Leave all ashes in the fireplace or wood stove. Campfire ring burning - if property has a campfire ring, please make sure campfire is burnt all the way down and wet down with water before departing. Please turn off all lights before departing. Ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked. During the summer months, please set the air conditioning to 75 degrees. During winter months, please set the heat to 55 degrees. Please return the key to the lock box and roll the lock box numbers on all zeros (0-0-0-0). Ensure you leave the key in the lockbox for housekeeping to access the property. We had a great time for a quick getaway. The place was spotless and very comfortable. It was very clean overall. It's a very quiet property with privacy. That best part was having a fencing for the pup. One thing that would be better would to have a big skillet available to use. There was only one small skillet in the kitchen. Lots of pots and pans but not having a larger skillet made cooking a little difficult. The property also doesn't have an outdoor firepit, but it has a large barrel that was used for a fire. The house was very clean. The area is remote and internet is very spotty, including via our own hot spots.
