The room was very nice comfy and clean. We had breakfast for 3 mornings which was very good and catered for everyone . " ALL " of the hotel staff were amazing and so helpful and friendly and the added bonus was the hotel was only just over a 20 min walk to The Royal Albert Hall. We also ate in the Bugis Kitchen the food was excellent , plentyful and a good price. I would highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to stay again." The breakfast had a really good variety but it was extremely busy and uncomfortable when there was rude people who had no sense of spatial awareness I found it uncomfortable and had breakfast in my room.
