"Hotel charges extra fee for credit card, so in order to pay with Debit, you have to see front desk to check out. New employee left alone at checkout at 10am (checout time is 11am) and she couldn’t check out anyone as she claimed she didn’t know how to do whst clients needed."

"This is a new and very modern hotel. The parking is at the door. The rooms are basic but clean and has everything you need with soap and shampoo dispensers and nice towels. TV is a good size and there is a black out roller blind. Floors are laminate and great for kids or allergies. Just blocks from major shopping centre and every kind of eating establishment. If you like Asian food, the Mandarin in across the parking . We loved the Lavazzo Italian coffee, and the breakfast was excellent. Oatmeal, yogurt nuts a pancake maker, sausage and eggs different ways the next day, hash browns juices, cereals and bakery goods. Someone next to me said it was superior to the Marriott in her opinion. There is 24 hour coffee, snacks for purchase, tvs and a small but useful gym. Close to the 401 and Hwy 7 I would definitely stay again."

"This was our very first RV and cottage experience, and it was truly unforgettable! When we arrived in the evening, we were quite shocked to discover that there were no pillows, blankets, towels, or bedsheets provided. At first, we panicked a little, but thankfully, Walmart was still open and only a 15-minute drive away, so we managed to get everything we needed. Other than that initial surprise, everything was absolutely amazing! The place was luxurious, beautiful, spotless, and so comfortable. We loved the entire experience so much that we are already looking forward to booking again for 2027 and 2028! I am especially grateful that we had the opportunity to stay here during the autumn season. The fall colours were breathtaking, and our little girl absolutely loved everything about the experience. A special thank you to the RV team and staff, who were incredibly professional, friendly, and accommodating. We truly appreciated being offered a late checkout and having our request for an additional night approved. Your hospitality made our stay even more special. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience. We cannot wait to return! 🍂❤️"

"Check in was seamless,very polite, efficient gentleman khumar was very helpful. The hotel itself is well laid out but a little old and worn out. The rooms were functional,soft comfortable beds. Black out blinds unfortunately still allowed a lot of light in the room from external spotlights. Complimentary breakfast was surprisingly good with a good selection of breads,cereal,and hot eggs,sausages and hash browns. Certainly a good choice for a short stay."
