The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean. We had a bit of a mix up with the booking but it was resolved without issues. The only thing was that the a/c seemed to be malfunctioning so the rooms were stifling, very hot. Opening the window seemed to help a bit.

The staff I interacted with were freindly, authentic & efficient. Sadly the room was too hot, even with the thermostat set to cool, it felt like a sauna. Hence sleeping with windows open (4 degrees outside), but this meant additional noise. In addition there arent enough staff at reception during busy times.

We had two reservations for consecutive three nights those which have with breakfast for first two days and have without breakfast for last day but separately because we didn't need it last morning for our early departure.
