Ideal for spending your holidays with family or friends. You can meet in our area with 8 independent lodgings (11 rooms) surrounded by nature with private pool and large terraces for your meals.

The rental consists of:

* Gîte La Grande Bâtisse: 4 bedrooms, kitchen area, full bathroom, large terrace
* Gîte n ° 1: 3 bedrooms, kitchen area and bathroom.
* Cottage n ° 2: 3 bedroom, kitchen area and bathroom.
* Iris Cottage: 2 bedrooms, sofa bed in the living room, kitchen area, full bathroom
* Looky Cottage: 1 bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, kitchen area and bathroom.

You will have access to the domain's swimming pool - open from May to the end of September.

Ideal for your holidays with families or friends: Swimming pool, playground for children, trampoline, ping-pong pétanque for the older children under the shade of chestnut trees.

-The CHASSEZAC river is close to 500m to 1km with many bathing places.

-Possibilities nearby: paragliding, canyoning, horse riding, hiking or relaxing hikes with the ascent of the bar greenhouse from the farmhouse by the path of the shepherdesses to discover absolutely (drop of 400m in 1 km500), climbing, via ferrata tree climbing , tennis, badmington, quad, and of course canoeing with either the descent of the Chassezac allow 2 to 3 hours or the descent of the Ardèche provide for the largest (32 kms) 1 day with possibility of bivouac over 2 days.

-You can also discover the Virade du Batistou, a short hike in the town of Gravières for the whole family.

Wonderful venue for families
This is a wonderful property for large extended families. Lovely pool and close to river bathing. The host, Christof was extremely friendly and very helpful when making reservations for local activities.

Un magnifique endroit et un très bel accueil
Parfait pour une réunion de famille et amis, nous avions réservé tous les gîtes pour faire l’anniversaire surprise de mon épouse et au top !!!! Bien adapté pour les bébés et enfants il y a tout ce qu’il faut (lits parapluie, chaise haute, et les jeux et surtout la piscine sécurisée…) Un accueil au top, les propriétaires ont aidé pour l’arrivée de l’anniversaire surprise. L’endroit est très agréable au calme, des espaces pour tous à la fois pour se réunir mais aussi pour se poser tranquille avec un bon livre….. Bref je recommande vivement ce domaine qui en plus reste à un prix raisonnable au vu des prestations. Merci aux propriétaires

Week-end de rêve pour les 50 ans de ma fille
Nous avons été accueilli par une famille formidable et accueillante Géraldine Christophe et la belle-mère des gens extraordinaires, ils ont été complice pour préparer l’anniversaire de ma fille, car nous venons un peu de partout et comme c’était une surprise c’était très compliqué, les gîtes sont très prop rien à dire, nous avions la piscine à disposition mais hélasse un peu froide pour le 1er mai. Des très belles balades autour et j’ai eu la surprise le 1er mai d’avoir un très beau bouquet de muguet qui m’a énormément touché, je recommande ce gîte à 100 % pour des anniversaires, des grandes occasions. Et merci encore à l’accueil de ses propriétaires. Christine.

Un endroit idéal pour une cousina le temps d'un week-end
Nous étions 19, venus ici pour une cousinade, le temps d'un week-end. Le lieu est parfait : au calme, une belle piscine, un jeu de boule, de grandes tables pour les repas, plusieurs barbecues, plein de chambres pour que chacun puisse y dormir. Des cuisines bien équipées en plats, couverts, ustensiles, accessoires, machines à café, grilles pain, Laves vaisselle, etc

Very nice large accommodation
Lots of space, very nice pool, very nice owner (who live on the plot) and very nice old buildings. It is 4 kilometres away from the village, so car is needed. There is only one room with air conditioning. The owner supplied fans for the bedrooms. The wifi is not very good, and the phone network was not good either. It is a good place to leave the rest of the world on its own.

Nous étions une vingtaine pour célébrer un anniversaire, nos hôtes ont été exceptionnel, chaleureux accueillant, et très aimable. Le lieu est magique et les différents gîtes ont chacun une personnalité et un charme indéniable. À recommander sans modération pour les groupes.
