This 800 sq/ft home from the 50’s has undergone some serious renovations with you in mind. Located steps from Lake Muskoka, a short drive or canoe trip to the Gravenhurst wharf, and an even shorter drive to town; just the beginning of what this home has to offer. Enjoy walking trails, a near by boat launch with private mooring space, sawdust city brewery, the oar restaurant, Muskoka boat rentals, muskoka wake lessons brought right to the dock, YMCA/Graeme Murray arena, steamship tours, parasailing, local events, and more; All within 3 km of this private end of road cul-de-sac. Enjoy our 2 person infrared sauna and our 6 person hot tub after a long hike, a day on the water, a local triathalon, or a busy day at hockey camp.
