The host was available if needed and replied to emails in a timely way leading up to the visit. The only challenge was the socializing area wasn’t really set up for more than 2 people. After eating if you didn't want to stay seated at the table you could go only really go to your room. Cottage is very clean and organized. Not far from the city. My family really enjoyed it. Luckily saw three deers during our stay. Kids enjoyed the theatre room.
