Appartement is prima ingericht en alles is aanwezig qua voorzieningen en werken. Er is geen airco, maar bij 30 graden was dat totaal geen probleem. Boulevard (startpunt boot), supermarkt en strand is lopend allemaal makkelijk te doen. Auto parkeren bij loactie ook geen probleem.
