- Our guests have access to all common areas of the Resort, including bars, restaurants, swimming pools, coffee shop, video room, reading room, playrooms, fitness center and other attractions at no charge. When it comes to children's recreation, most attractions are free. Some attractions are outsourced and are charged. However our guests receive 4 individual wristbands for free children access daily. Finally, there are attractions such as horse rides and buggy that are charged separately.
- The resort's restaurant bars usually cater to everyone. Breakfast is buffet style. Lunch and dinner can be a la carte or buffet. It depends on the amount of hotel occupancy. Menu prices are "market" for Gravata. We prefer to dine in the city, as there are a wide variety of restaurants of various types, from regional to "Fondue" houses, Italian, etc. We use the hotel's restaurant and bars during the day while enjoying the Leisure activities offered by the Resort.
- Guest must bring bed, table and bath linen.
-The issue of payment is performed directly with the platform. We have no control.
- To release concierge access will require the full name, ID and CPF of all occupants of Flat. It's the condominium rule.
- The guest will receive their key at the entrance, where they must return it at the end of the stay.

Flat 404

O imóvel precisa de reforma , Td muito velho , colchões ruins , falta eletrodomésticos, loucas e copos de péssima qualidade , acho que deveria ter um cuidado maior para maior conforto dos hóspedes !! O Resort tem uma boa programação pras crianças mas observei que a qualidade não é a mesma , poucos funcionários , instalações sem manutenção , vila da diversão muito resumida e animais mal tratados .. fiquei um pouco decepcionada , pois já tinha alugado outros flats no Redort antes e tive melhor impressão . Uma pena !!
