"Checked in put in wrong room, came back after dinner, now keys didn’t work and voices were inside our room. Front desk clerk said they made a mistake and placed us in another room. My Grandson forgot a shirt in the room on checkout . Called and ask if they could send it to us, they said they couldn’t. The next weekend I called before driving the 3 hours back to motel, they were very nice and said they would keep it for us . When we arrived the front desk clerk said she couldn’t find it and it might be a few days and she would call me back. I ask for manager and was told that they were not available on weekends, now I get to drive home 3 hours, it’s sad when motel was nice but incompetent staff will ruin business "

"This was an absolutely amazing last minute find and booking through Orbitz was the only way we were able to afford it and have the opportunity at such a late landing. The location of the hotel ended up being a dream destination, the handicapped shower was sooooo good it has prompted a new design for when we get home! They offered service animal accommodations + being a pet friendly hotel it was clean, clean, clean and free of odors! We had a leak in the room that I would have liked to have seen it handled more professionally because it caused quite a bit of an issue for us with wet items and unfortunately they will face large repairs on their end….. but nothing would change my overall happy review of our experience there and I would recommend it to anyone!"

"Very nice facility felt clean and well maintained. As the most affordable property I found in the area, I was pleasantly surprised. My only gripe would be that the (East facing) window shade did not close all the way, leaving about an 8 inch gap for the sun to beam in when it rose."

"The property and location was great. However the service from house cleaning perspective was none existent. No room cleaning service for 3 nights/4 days, no clean linens. Had to empty the garage, clean the bathroom, retrieve towels from front desk. No useable bicycles, which was one of the amenities they charged me for $30 a day. Save your money and go somewhere else!!!"
