The property is ideally located 30 minutes from Nice airport, 10 minutes from the historic centre of Grasse, and surrounded by many Provencal villages to discover.

The house is perfectly suited for large families or groups of friends, with plenty of space to hang out inside and out.

Nestled in the heart of olive groves on the hill of Peyloubet, near Grasse, the villa offers a peaceful and natural setting in Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur.PGJyPg
Horses and a pony live nearby, bringing a charming touch to the experience and reinforcing the impression of being in the middle of nature while remaining close to the villages and the Côte d'Azur.

The villa Notre-Dame-des-Fleurs has had several owners over the years. Picasso is rumoured to have come here for tea with the artist who lived here in the 1960s.

Our favourite spot is the shaded terrace under a century-old olive tree by the pool, ideal for a barbecue and a summer aperitif.
The large 12-metre private pool allows you to swim comfortably and relax in the sun.

The house includes:
• 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and air conditioning
• 1 king size bed
• 4 queen beds
• 1 queen size sofa bed with comfortable mattress topper

The 5th bedroom (the coolest in the house) has a fan rather than air conditioning.

All beds are equipped with recent and very comfortable mattresses.

Traveller access

You rent the entire villa and the Juliane is an accomplished artist, and you'll find her paintings, prints, and drawings displayed in different rooms of the house.

The roads in the south of France can be narrow. We recommend renting a compact car.
