"TONI" Vacation Apartment for 1–2 People

We’d love to have you visit us at our cosy, private farmhouse.
Our large farmhouse stands in the middle of our orchard.
We run a small organic farm as a side business.
We raise calves for slaughter and chickens, including a proud cockerel.
Our beautiful garden is the perfect place to relax.

Quiet, central location.
The town centre is just a 5-minute walk away.
The bus stop is right nearby.
Right on the Lake Constance–Königsee bike path. Cyclists and hikers are very welcome here!

We have a covered parking area for your bike.
We generate our own electricity from solar power. E-bikes and electric cars can be charged here.
However, we ask guests to unplug the batteries at night and charge them in the bike garage. E-bike batteries may not be charged in the holiday apartments.
Please do not charge defective e-bike batteries—this poses a high fire hazard!

The “Bergblick” holiday rental is a penthouse on the 2nd floor and features a spacious, cosy kitchen-living room in a modern reclaimed wood style with its own balcony. No breakfast included!!!

Our “TONI” holiday rental is on the ground floor and features a new, modern kitchen, a bedroom, and a spacious bathroom. With a terrace. Breakfast not included!!!

Children ages 8 and up are welcome!

Check-out is by 9:30 a.m. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. at the latest, subject to prior arrangement.

We are a smoke-free home! Smoking on the balcony and inside the house is not permitted!

The Chiemgau Card is included with your stay at our house. This gives you access to numerous free additional services from local partners.

Payment is in cash only. No debit or credit card payments!!



Cosy and lovingly furnished holiday apartment (approx. 35 m²) on the ground floor with a small garden terrace. In the summer, sit surrounded by grapevines. South-facing.
Modern, new country-style kitchen-diner with a solid wood table, a cosy kitchen sofa and chair, a 40-inch wall-mounted satellite TV, and a DAB radio.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove with oven, egg cooker, toaster, small coffee maker (filter size 2), dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and cooking utensils.
Bedroom with a solid oak bed measuring 160x200 cm.
Window with pleated folding blinds.
Bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower.
Bed linens, bath towels, shower towels, and tea towels are provided. Free Wi-Fi.
For 1–2 people. Available for rent to adults only—no children under 8 years of age.

Bike garage available for guests’ own bicycles
E-bike batteries may not be charged inside the house. Only in the bike garage. Batteries must be unplugged at night. Charging damaged batteries is not permitted—fire hazard!!!
There’s plenty to explore by bike in our area. Lake Chiemsee is about 8 km away by bike or car. The bus stop is right nearby. With the Chiemgau Card, you can use public transport in our area for free.
From here, you can hike directly to the Grassauer Almen. From our house, we can see the Hochgern, the Hochfelln, the Schnappenberg with its beautiful Schnappenkirche, and the Hochplatte.
There’s a children’s playground on our street, and the sports field is just a 5-minute walk away.
In addition, our town offers many shopping options, cafes, restaurants, and more.
The golf course and the high moor are nearby.
