Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Dispose of all trash upstairs, downstairs, bathrooms and bedrooms in bins in the aluminum shed. Recycling too.
Put toys back in their container and albums in the matching cover. Put back in alphabetical order. Check dryer for clothes. Collect remotes.
If people smoked outside, please collect the butts.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No RV's, campers or outside camping. Maximum of four cars. Extra $50 cleaning for outside visitors.
Please respect neighbors private property. Do not go to the pond and bridge on our neighbor's property. Respect 10 MPH speed limit.
Vacationers only. No commercial activity allowed.
