So reason for booking was I heard wonderful things and unfortunately some true and some I guess were things of the past . So the good. Staff excellent . Very attentive and will go above and beyond for you . Just need to ask Hotel looks some what dated and has been under renovation for some time now due to flood/ leak . Hot tub closed 2-3 days due to maintenance. Pool is small n very cozy . Our room was nice and spacious , decent city view nothing spectacular. Expected more for the price . Overall 6 maybe 7 outta 10

Parking was easy. It was nice to know we would always have a spot and didn't have to hunt. At first I was a little off put as we didn't know we would have$30 a day self park, but in Vancouver, and this location it just is what it is. Staff was wonderful at all points. Helpful, smiley, engaging and delightful. Our room.... The space was great and the view was phenomenal. If you were iffy about cleanliness, you'd be upset. We just had to turn a blind eye a bit... A few missed spots, crumbs, dust and dirt. We were there on spring break, and in sure the cleaners were stretched for time.. I assume. The building is a little bit older... But to be expected. Definitely some wear and updating needed in the bathroom and windows. The walls are thin. If you're a light sleeper. .. We were ok. But honestly delightful to look out at the water, to be in a space so close to everything and on top of the market was amazing.

Staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly. The room had a beautiful view and was very comfortable. It is dated and could use a renovation but the location was excellent and offered many options for food, shopping, and enjoying the beauty of Vancouver.
