"Housekeeping was great- always with a kind greeting in the hallway. They refreshed our room to tip top shape while we were out leaving us plenty of ease in enjoying our room. The front desk staff was kind and responsive to our requests. It was worth the splurge for the family room- everyone had plenty of space to sleep comfortably which made for a much more pleasant stay. The only bummer was the low water pressure in the shower."

"The location is very good. Close to lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Close to downtown Robson St. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. Lovely young ladies Fridge, stove, and microwave etc. The room was great for 2 people. Bed was comfortable. I only have 1 negative, the balcony view was looking out to a derelict lot and looked very grubby. I would stay at the Sunset again."

"I like this hotel a lot. The lobby, elevator, parking area and the floor in my room and balcony were not very clean. I really liked everything else, especially the fantastic location! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The view was amazing!"

"Centrally located hotel close to downtown. Did not like that no breakfast for such a high priced hotel. There were no amenities like Kleenex. Rooms were clean except sheets were not the cleanest so overall was a bit disappointed"
