Overall this was an adequate hotel and I would stay again. It was clean and whelming stained. The room just seemed a little dated. Breakfast shut down at 9 o'clock which seemed a little early if you're from Arizona and it is really 8 o'clock to us. But I really liked how they individually wrapped all of the bread products so we could pick up a bagel and take with us. Check-in personnel was very nice.

Sheets were stained, hairs all over bed, frame of door for room was cracked and you could see outside. Asked to be moved to another room, and room was dirtier, sheets stained, and toilet was dirty, moved again to another room, bed sheets were clean enough, but bathroom was dirty.

Floors and counter tops filthy, shower surround was old and floors felt soft. Water leak behind the toliet. Room smelled musky. Website was misleading. Beds were clean and comfortable. Towels were thin and not soft. Breakfast area was small but clean. Coffee was good. Exterior of building is old and needs updating. Parking felt sketching. Stairs no elevator doors open to the parking area.

The bed was nice and comfy, and the front desk lady that checked me in was very nice and helpful. No air conditioner on in the lobby and it was very warm, only continental breakfast even though it was indicated as full breakfast on Expedia, no elevators, couldn’t adjust fridge temp because knob broken.
