"We were upgraded to a mansion room but the bathroom had human hair on the floor (not cleaned properly) so we complained and were upgraded to the Oakham suite which was lovely (and clean) To be honest this hotel has the potential to be a true 4* hotel but is looking rather tired and in need of a bit ..."
