"The staff provides very good service. The rooms are clean, bed and pillows are very comfortable, we always get a very nice sleep. Our stay comes with hot breakfast which has always been a deal maker for us. And the location is very good, restaurants are just in front of the hotel so no need to worry about lunch or dinner. We will definitely come back when we visit Vancouver again."

"Very friendly and professional staff. Very clean, beautiful, and spacious room. Delicious coffee and breakfast provided. Cold comfortable air conditioning. Comfy bed and sheets. Staff was terrific at trying to help as much as possible and ensure customers enjoyed their stay. Great location as well. Very beautiful area and close to convenient transportation. "Unfortunately since I booked with Expedia and although I had phoned and talked to the front desk requesting an accessible room, they would not accommodate my request. I even offered to pay more for an accessible room. This made our stay a bit more difficult as the bathroom was very small and space between the two beds very narrow. We did appreciate that they had washing machines and dryers available to use at a reasonable price. Location was good."
