"First of all, if you are staying at a Westin for the brand of “heavenly beds” and a nicer, more elevated hotel, forget it! They haven’t put a dime into this place. Peeling wallpaper, old carpeting & outdated furniture. Service was beyond bad if you can call it service. Nobody was friendly and literally GRUNTED when I said good morning. I could go on and on about what a dump this place is. I will go elsewhere next time. "

"great location, but little misconception. When you first arrive, your arriving at the valet parking, thats not the front lobby. There was a sign saying at the front desk "will be back in 15 minutes". Thats for valet, go up the elevator thats where the lobby actually is"

"We were treated terrifically by a kind staff. The shuttle service into Cincinnati helped us tremendously. We will definitely stay here in the future. "

"Well, we had to be moved four times to different rooms first time.The room next to us was playing loud music.That was ridiculous.The second room we walked in dirty towels on the floor bed unmade, the third row, we go in everything looked fine.We started unpacking, and I went to the restroom.Just to pee and come out, get our suits on.And i'm like, is that toilet running?And there was water everywhere, all over the floor like just the whole floor is covered in water. The fourth room was ok. I will say you can hear the highway pretty good. I will say the pool was on the cool side dor being heated. I will not be staying there again. The guy at the front desk was super nice and lady bot as friendly"

"We have stayed here a few times after going to a Red's game or visiting the area. The only issue we've had is that breakfast is usually busy at these times and EVERYONE wants to use the waffle makers and there are only 2. I think they need to invest in more waffle makers for busy times for sure!"
