"Perfect location with great amenities, and excellent friendly staff. Available to respond any questions and concerns directly from the owner if needed. The room it’s very quiet and cozy, with plenty of towels and small fridge and microwave. Close to Safeway and the best views of Lake Tahoe. I would come back. Thank you very much Jason and Kim and the front desk that gave us a map of the please to get familiar with the area!"

"The location was ideal. We used the community beach access daily. The beach was rocky, but the kids loved the raft in the swimming area. Lots of recreational activities, basketball, volleyball etc. We loved that restaurants were within walking distance. Tahoe City was a short drive. We had a few minor issues due to a storm the prior week that were addressed promptly. The house was stocked with shampoo/conditioner/bodywash/dish soap etc. The hot tub was clean and a nice bonus. We hope to return again. Thank you, Laure"

"The house set up was perfect with three levels. Our family could spread out and have time to themselves. Great room in the main floor, with open kitchen, big table and family room. Nice big deck with barbecuer. The kitchen was very, very well stocked with a walk in pantry and an additional storage closet for kitchen odds and ends. Easy access to Tahoe City and hiking trails. Would definitely stay again!"

"Beth and Bob’s home is absolutely beautiful! Beth was so helpful with the check-in/out process and made sure we had everything we needed to have a fantastic time. The garage was full of everything you could possibly want for a great beach day, including beach chairs and games. The location was perfect, being only a 5 minute drive from public beaches and restaurants. We had an amazing time and would absolutely stay here again!"

"For the most part a very nice experience. We loved the East facing deck with hot tub. Great place to enjoy morning coffee. Also excellent for appetizers and dinner outside. Kitchen could be so much nicer with a decent set of skillets and knives that you can slice /cut with. The skillets have ridges and are very old. Eggs and bacon in particular really stick to the bottoms, Pam or no Pam. The knives are so dull they should be replaced. There was only one that had a decent blade. Bring your own skillets and knives. I doubt the owner is using these items or they would have already replaced them. It’s a shame because the kitchen is very nice. The upstairs king bdrm is very nice. If you draw the short straw and are in the main floor king, bring double earplugs. There are metal fishing lures hanging down clanging against the wall all through the night when it’s breezy. It’s clear previous guests have cut the lines and taken them down. The instruction book asks you not to as it’s a deterrent to woodpeckers. It’s also a deterrent to a decent night’s sleep. The couple in that room did purchase wax full ear plugs and still had problems sleeping. Unfortunately we won’t be returning because of reasons listed in this review. FYI no problem for us but lots of stairs inside of the house so if you have a problem with stairs this isn’t the house for you."
