However , i did call to the hotline on Public website to confirm any EV charger in village hotel Edinburgh and was told there are 12. When we arrive to the hotel , the receptionist told us the EV charger can only be used on this summer. Making us so frustrating and need to arrange EV charge to the nearest Morrisons. It is not too troublesome but it is not professional to give out incorrect information to the customer.
For the House Keeping we have no idea how benefit it could be we need to put the sign before 11pm a night before to secure the housekeeping. Also the towel is not replaced but only being taken away from the room.
And obviously the pillow cases and blanket has not been changed , we actually had a pillow fell on the floor and we wish a clean one to be replaced and finally we did not know which one is the dirty one.
A green mug was found full of black dots and dust in the room but still the housekeeping did not aware and change it.
No full size mirror in the room.
No sufficient clothes rack for the clothes / jacket s , obviously there is an empty wall behind the door area that can have something fitted on.
