"What I liked most about this truly excellent hotel was the fact that the staff were excellent, and in addition looked happy and fulfilled in their work. This is the sign of first class management. High standards were maintained, but none of the staff appeared stressed, and someone always noticed if something was needed , and supplied it without fuss. Very well done to all concerned. "
