"A perfect get away. Extremely well located and in walking distance to everything in the Old City. The staff are so friendly and very helpful. If you are self parking drop your bags off at the hotel prior to parking. There are a lot of stairs between the car park and the hotel."

"This is a self serve hotel in a great location. Amenities such as an ice machine, front desk to speak too, etc. are missing. I chose the economy room as I was travelling on my own. EV charging was free and available but parking was for a daily fee. I had frequent contact with the support staff and they often answered within 10 min by text but were not able to resolve all issues. It was game three of the Montreal-Buffalo NHL game and although I should have been able to watch live TV according to their information, we could not get the TV to do so. Only free channels such as Tubi. I spent some time on the phone with the support staff and they were not able to help. Location is fabulous, windows open so you can cool the room down and in my economy room there was a Danby remote for something that looked like a fan and/or AC but there was no such thing in the room. Nespresso machine with coffee mate and small fridge in your room, no kettle but microwave in a common area. Bed was comfortable but pillows were not great. Very, very small room but again, that's what I asked for and if I travel again with my partner, I would choose a larger room so that we could actually sit (only one chair in the room). "
