"Didn’t utilize many of the amenities out of frustration from the first night! Kids running and beating on doors all times of the night. Management didn’t handle the situation at all. Would NOT recommend anyone to stay here"

"The pools were closed for maintenance and the waterpark has very limited hours. Also there is no mention of the parking fee in the initial booking description. Other than that everything else was great. Very well maintained property and staff was great and helpful."

"The water wasn’t hot at two of the spas, and one’s was broken they didn’t bubble, there is only one pool table. But others that it’s nice beautiful hotel. Staff was awesome, one is the guys that work there was very nice. "
