The hotel is beautiful, it is centrally located so you can easily walk to restaurants, bars and entertainment. The staff was friendly and Jason at the front desk was extra helpful!

CityFlatsHotel - Grand Rapids, an Ascend Collection Hotel
The staff were great. The room was ok but the TV didnt work. They put us in another room quickly. Parking is a challenge but there is a parking structure in the same block and a walk way next to the front door of the hotel that takes you back to the lot. $15-25 per night parking fee.
