The staff was awesome. Very convenient to have the restaurant right at the hotel, we paid extra to have breakfast included and it did not disappoint! We even got a voucher for a free kids meal with dinner. Hotel was very clean, pool was nice (just a little chilly!) beds comfortable. Will definitely stay again!

Clean, modern rooms, very friendly staff, a great experience all around. Close to everything, they even had a shuttle that took us to our concert venue.

In town for MACUL conference. Staff was fantastic, breakfast and dinner were great. Definitely get the breakfast voucher add-on.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for a concert we were seeing at van andel and this was the second time we have stayed here and we love it! we love how nice it is to just do a short walk to the arena and downtown, easy and free parking, and the breakfast! we always pay the extra fee to do the breakfast and it is so worth it! very clean rooms too!:)

This hotel and location was very accommodating - it was nice that we could conveniently walk across the bridge to downtown. Also, very nice to be able to walk to both museums in that area. It was a busy weekend at this hotel location, but the staff was still very helpful in a timely manner. Definitely would recommend this location to everyone.

We enjoyed our stay and the walkability to everything. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The grounds were kept up and clean along with the room. Will definitely stay again!

This was my second time staying here for a girls' night out. The location is great with convenient parking. The onsite breakfast works out fabulously. We learned during this trip of the shuttle service offered and we jumped at the chance to use it. Kyle was very friendly and helpful in getting us around town. Will certainly stay here again!

The front desk staff was wonderful, however, the restaurant staff was quite possibly the worst I have ever encountered. The bartender/server was absolutely rude--not only to us, but to all customers. Several people left complaining. It took 30 minutes to even be greeted at our table and 53 minutes to get waters. We wont be back.

Just very nice. Great hot tub, splurged for slightly larger room and it felt large! Great breakfast and bar food, so easy to walk across bridge to downtown. Will stay again.

So the beds are soft if you’re just setting on them and comfortable. But sleeping on them after a while it was like a brick. Our room was cold so we attempted to raise the temp and the heater just blew cold air into the room. We then attempted to call down the front desk and the phone was broken… So yeah we slept in shifts to make sure that were going to be safe. For there were some questionable drunk men just walking the halls and falling down in the hallway… When you go to breakfast plan on waiting a bit for getting a seat and your breakfast. Matter fact don’t even waist your time getting the breakfast.. Go down the street to the Big Boy and get breakfast. Cheaper and you get a good portion of food. We got a cereal bowl sized pancake and 2 rubbery pieces of bacon for 14 dollars. The pictures of our city view… LOL so yeah the Rodeo was great the hotel stay was not worth the 350.00 we spent…. Room and breakfast…..
