    heated pool (Closed September 15th), library, game room, & fitness room. Want to spend the day at the lakeshore? It's only 30mins away. Or go downtown for events, concerts, restaurants, breweries and more. We are just 8 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids. This unit has designated parking close by, keyless entry, short walk to the apartment from parking for easy access.

Super clean, spacious, comfy bed, quality linens, new furnishings and well appointed with hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup wipes, coffee, tea and creamer both regular and flavored. Convenient location near freeway and close to downtown Grand Rapids. The property featured a food truck on the night of our arrival.

Very clean space/ smelt nice. Not crowded or crammed in the rooms and living room at all, very spacious. Very big tv for movie night and a relaxing evening. Super close to the highway which makes it very easy to go downtown and find stuff to do.

Host was super easy to communicate with. Some maintenance issues, loose faucet in bathroom, furniture could use an up grade however very pleasant stay. Clean and kitchen was nice to have. The ground of the castle were very clean and accommodating. All events we did we within a 15 min drive. Uber had convenient access. Fun to put together the artists work throughout the apartment, we loved it all from the paintings to the coffee cups. Great touch!! Would stay again

Very clean apartment in a very odd building. Not bad, just strange. Feels a bit like an apartment block in Eastern Europe. The pros:-Very clean-Spacious—lots of very large closets-A French press for the non-pod users -Comfortable bed -Good water pressure and plenty of hot water-Good communication from host. The meh: -Lots of coffee, tea, creamer, and sugar, but no salt and pepper. -The living room furniture is very firm. Some might say hard. I chose to sit in bed rather than on the couch. -Horrible pillows - No lamps in the bedrooms. I ended up moving one from the living room into the bedroom so I could read at night. -No hair dryer The cons: -There is a door in the unit that opens out onto what appears to be part of the parking garage. Felt a bit insecure the first few night. The only lock on any of the doors is a keypad deadbolt. - There are wooden slats on the walls in both bedrooms. These slats make the outlets on the wall behind the bed essentially useless in the master unless you are using a two-prong plug like those found on a lamp. I was able to locate an extension cord to plug into. Overall, a good stay with some minor inconveniences.

Beds were very comfortable and unit was clean. The heat wasn’t working properly, wouldn’t go above 66 and it was very cold in the unit. The remotes didn’t work either. The host was responsive and came over late that night but needed to call for service on heat. Did replace batteries in remotes. Brought in space heaters for the next night, not ideal. Also, lots of plug in air fresheners in unit and hallway, not pleasant.
