Everything about the house was great. The property owner was terrific in overcoming communication problems through VRBO. The VRBO-level web- and app-based communications were only overcome with the property owner. In spite of the communication glitches through the VRBO platform, I would still highly recommend this house for a Grand Junction visit. She confirmed the reservation as we neared the arrival date. A welcome letter with instructions was posted the day before we arrived. The accommodations were just as advertised. The place was well suited for our family... five adults and three children. We will book again when we return. I'm not a regular VRBO user, so I don't know if it's normal for the insurance deposit to be fully charged along with the rental fee at the time of the reservation. I paid off the rental and deposit charge three months in advance in order to avoid interest fees on my card. We just returned home... Waiting on news regarding the deposit.
