  • This recently updated property easily sleeps 10, features a gorgeous kitchen, 2 living areas, hot tub, gas log fireplace, yard games, smart TV, high speed internet and fenced yard. The house is cooled with central air conditioning. There are several areas in the house conducive to a work space. Close to many amenities, Colorado Mesa University, hospitals, downtown Grand Junction, GJ Regional Airport and 10 minutes to the Colorado National Monument hiking and biking trails. Walking distance to coffee shops, cafe, bar and grocery store. All furnishings and interior surfaces are new, good parking and a 2 car garage. This owner is flexible on cancellations as they arise. Pets and children are welcome. This home is 15 min from Fruita and 15 min west of Palisade wine and peach country! If this home is unavailable or you need something a bit different, I have two brand new townhomes that each sleep 5 - feel free to reach out.
