Experience the very best that Colorado has to offer in this gorgeous, brand newly built modern home! You will absolutely love staying in this charming and spacious home with direct access to the Colorado River and Riverfront Trail for walking, rafting, kayaking , hiking and mountain biking!

Convenient and centrally located with easy access to I-70 and just 12 minutes to downtown Grand Junction’s unique local shops, restaurants, Thursday evening farmers market (summer and spring) and various fine-art exhibits.

The quaint town of Palisade is just a short 10 minute drive, which is home to a great brewery, multiple wineries and a wonderful Saturday farmers market (in spring and summer). Colorado National Monument and the Grand Mesa are also nearby (45 minute drive).

The highlight of this beautiful home is the open living space surrounded by walls of windows with beautiful views of the Grand Mesa that bring the outdoors in!

Effortlessly whip up a delicious meal in the well equipped kitchen. Gather with friends and family around the kitchen bar or enjoy the outdoors with a barbecue on the spacious patio equipped with patio table, convenient electric grill and private seating area just around the corner. The living room is spacious, yet cozy and the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day exploring all the Grand Junction Area has to offer!

Three comfortable bedrooms with quality mattresses and comfortable bedding. The Primary Suite has king size bed with top-rated Tuft and Needle mattress and its own private en-suite bath with a large walk-in shower and closet as well two additional guest bedrooms with a queen and one or two twin beds or an additional king size bed (pull out trundle underneath-for two twin beds or put them together for a king equivalent) and an additional shared full bathroom!

You won’t find a better, more comfortable place to make your “home-away from home” and will want to come back time and time again! We can’t wait to have you as our guest!

A wonderful place to stay for AG & AG conference

This house was perfect. It was at a great location in between Grand Junction and Cameo. It was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. We cooked every night and it was just very comfortable to stay, right down to the bedding. It had everything you would need to show up. I would definitely stay in this house again, and hopefully I will be able to get it next year..

Excellent Stay

The property was perfect for us just a few doors down from my brothers house. We could walk to and from easily. The kitchen area had all we needed, the bedrooms were nicely appointed, the living area and yard were nice. Very clean too.

Great stay for Mesa Graduation!

The family stayed at this house with our 12 year old Golden Retriever and it met all of our needs and provided a very comfortable stay! We were in town for our daughters graduation at Mesa and this fully met our needs and was pet friendly to boot! I would stay here again for sure!

Great House for Family

We stayed here over Thanksgiving and it was a wonderful home based while visiting family. The house was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The host was so helpful with any questions. We will definitely try and stay again in the future!

Girls Weekend

Great spot for a one week stay!

The property was as advertised and was comfortable. The host was very responsive when we told them that the main bedroom and bath had not been fully prepared for our arrival. It was a minor inconvenience and the host went out of their way to make amends.

Perfect girls trip

Wow this property is amazing! We booked this home for a girl's wine trip(plus a toddler!). The home was clean, updated and worked perfectly for our situation. It was really helpful having a yard for the kiddo and a place to hang out. The home was also conveniently located to all the wineries. If we come back to Palisade this where we will stay!

We stayed here while our daughter was competing in the World Championship at Cameo, and we highly recommend it! The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Perfect home by river walk

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. Fully equipped with everything you need. It is a newer home a block away from the river walk which we enjoyed every morning. We really appreciated having a garage. Centrally located with superb golf courses near by and great restaurants. Just a few miles away from Palisade and wonderful wineries. Can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended!

Short and sweet

Came down for a quick weekend away. Location was perfect for hitting downtown restaurants and hitting the highway for adventures. Property is beautiful and beds are comfy. The yard was perfect for my little guys. We will definitely be back.
