The owner was very easy to contact and was responsive when we had questions. I did have a problem initially getting in as there is a lockbox and a doorbell. In the past the lockbox for rental homes always had the key. Not in this case as the code was connected to the door bell system. I called the owner and she helped. I suggested that the lockbox serves no purpose and should state that in the check in process. If I had not reached the owner, I would not have been able to get into the home. ##### Bob H. There was plenty of room, everything was clean, and we had all we needed.
