The downtown Fruita location is excellent for walking around town, to local restaurants, and to the grocery store, yet it’s quiet and comfortable. Awesome back yard that is mostly fenced, nice patio and fire pit area and a very clean and cozy home. Rooms were perfect for a family of 4, loved all the windows in the living/dining room and great kitchen too! Very close to town, just a block and a half from Hot Tomato and 2 blocks to Bestslope Coffee. There are a few nearby properties that are a bit junky and the neighbors’ dog did bark along the fence line quite a bit…but the property itself was perfect and we’ll definitely be back! ##### Erin C. It has been tastefully updated, a perfect and welcoming space for a couple. We had everything we needed for cooking, enjoying town and the outdoors, and just relaxing, and we appreciated the storage shed for our bikes. We definitely plan to return. ##### Dianne S. We hiked and biked in the area and the location was perfect for walking to breakfast and dinner. The house has been newly remodeled and everything is very nice. So you can also cook if you prefer. Much nicer than a hotel. The only issue we had was that there were multiple trains going through at night. My wife is a lite sleeper so it woke her up. Not sure if this has to do with the supply chain disruptions or not. The trains didn’t wake me up. Overall a great location and a great property. ##### Rick B. This adorable home was incredibly clean, comfortable and the perfect place to stay for our short stay in Fruita. Love the proximity to downtown Fruita, ease of accessing the bike trails, and the walkable neighborhood. The home decor is simple yet gracious and comfortable.
