"Horrible, didnt even stay because of strange guy knocking on our room winfow. A window that the lick was broken on. 4 kids bday parties, couldnt even use the pool or hot tub because of all the kids and parties, plus thr hotel lets people pay 5 dollars just to use thee pool. Hortible rxperience. "

"The room was really nice, the bed were comfy, easy parking. Great location and access to everything downtown. The breakfast was very minimal but they provided snacks and coffee throughout the day. Overall an amazing place and would stay again."

"Hot tub was huge, clean & cozy! Ceiling needed to be fixed & painted. Lamp shade was cracked.... Heater looked like it needed a good wiping down. Staff was friendly. Just wish she would of told me where the ice machine was 😀 The car on blocks didnt really look good for the hotel with and it was a little shady looking."

"Beautiful, very very clean condo. All the kitchen essentials. A quick walk to the beach and a playground for the kids. Good communication overall. My only note is that the listing didn’t inform us that the laundry is not in-unit and it costs. It’s downstairs, shared with 4 units, and the washer/dryer are coin operated. I wish this would’ve been made clear. "

"We rented this house and arrived after driving for 9 hours to find it had been condemned. We were in contact with the owner on our way there who didn’t bother to tell us it had been condemned the week before. We called him when we got there and he didn’t answer the call forcing us to contact VRBO to get a refund. He left our family of 8 scrambling to find another place to stay for our 8 day vacation costing us an additional 500 out of pocket not to mention the hassle and stress. I do not recommend anyone book this property. The owner should be ashamed of himself. "

"Excellent location. Property was quite small for the price paid. No central A/C or heat despite large, continuously running unit in the space that evidently provided A/C for upstairs units. Portable heater and A/C units were sufficient. Sewage odor occasionally came from shower drain. Floors clean but rugs dirty. TV only had Roku so viewing limited b/c we didn't have streaming passwords with us. Okay for two people but no more than that."

"Spectacular RentalWe had a family reunion with adults from all over the country meet in Grand Haven. This rental house is nothing short of spectacular. The design choices are exquisite with so many details in every room (even the guys noticed!) The kitchen was extremely well equipped. We did a lot of cooking while on site and nothing was missing. We also thought that the bedrooms and beds were all comfortable enough and I found the twin beds in the basement to be the softest which agrees with my back. There were enough bathrooms for nine adults to comfortably shower as needed. The location to the beach is perfect with a short walk down some steep steps. They have every beach toy you could imagine including easy to carry chairs which we took down to the beach one day. As mentioned in the description, the parking is a bit of a challenge but worth it. The house is situated in a neighborhood called Highland Park Association which was very quaint with many beautiful lake houses all nestled into a very small area. We were able to unload our car including coolers and food without much difficulty. It would be difficult to find this spot in the dark. The video that they provide from the parking lot to the house is very helpful. We felt very safe and secure with the automatic door lock feature and the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We sat out on the deck for all of our meals and we were able to make s'mores one night at the propane fire pit. Just a perfect getaway."
