To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for everyone, please follow these house rules:

Only registered guests are permitted inside the apartment. Please provide the names of all guests before arrival.
Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed.
Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
Smoking, vaping, marijuana use, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
Please do not move, damage, or remove furniture or other items from the property.
Wash used dishes and dispose of leftover food and garbage properly.
Parking for up to two vehicles is available behind the building. Additional street parking may be available.
Please observe all posted parking restrictions, especially during Wednesday street cleaning, to avoid receiving a ticket.
Before checkout, turn off all lights and appliances and make sure all doors and windows are securely closed.
Place used towels and bedsheets in the provided bag under the kitchen counter.
Report any damage, maintenance issue, or safety concern to the host immediately.
Guests are responsible for damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, or rule violations during their stay.
