  • It is a very luxurious villa that its owners had built; it is a villa that the owners had constructed on an exceptional site, using the finest materials: wood, marble, and antique-style finishes on the walls, along with a few pieces of antique furniture typical of the Caribbean. The villa is set in the middle of a magnificent, flower-filled garden
    The view is exceptional—undoubtedly the most beautiful view in Saint Martin.
    You can see Friar’s Bay Beach, Happy Bay Beach, and from the house there is private access to these beaches via a pedestrian path
    The house has two swimming pools and a hot tub, as well as a gym with a sauna that opens directly onto the sea
    It is an exceptional villa, combining refinement and luxury.
