There are two bedrooms,(queen sofa sleeper in living room) one bathroom, a laundry room, and a full kitchen. The counters are granite with solid maple cabinets. The front yard is fenced with a cute custom fence that resembles a flowing river, with a table and chairs for taking in the essence of the town. The backyard has a six foot cedar fence that creates a lot of privacy for the landscaped yard. A large hot tub sits in the corner and there is a large paver area in the back and a small patch of grass. The location is perfect, and we loved spending time with our dogs in the big yard and relaxing in the hot tub. The only thing missing was the snow until our last day!! but everything else was just as great as always. The hosts are wonderful and make sure everything is just right.
