The Lagon Loft is designed for two people to live comfortably and peacefully, with a breathtaking, unobstructed ocean view.This 70 m² loft features a large living room that incorporates an 8 m² private pool with a spa, a spacious 20 m² air-conditioned bedroom (with an additional fan), a queen-size 160x200 canopy bed with a mosquito net, a desk, a television, and storage space: nights here are peaceful and restful. You’ll enjoy a full bathroom with a walk-in shower offering ocean views and a separate toilet. The kitchen is very well equipped... The wonderful ocean view is everywhere, and you’ll see the lagoon, the ocean, Dominica, Les Saintes, and the Marie-Galante countryside: our guests are dazzled by the ability to gaze out at the sea from every room; it’s fantastic to watch the sun rise from your bed, to cook or enjoy a meal facing the sea, it’s magnificent to watch the sunset or spot whales during the season while sitting in the pool sipping your favourite drink… The living room or the sun loungers let you choose whether to relax in the shade or the sun, always facing the sea. In the living room, a fan helps supplement the cool breeze brought by the trade winds as needed… With this continuous ventilation—without excessive wind—the presence of mosquitoes is very limited, much to the delight of our guests. The kitchen features a conventional oven, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a built-in refrigerator, a second refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a toaster, and a blender... and a kitchen island with a glass-ceramic cooktop, allowing you to cook while facing the sea so you don’t miss a moment of this magnificent view. Meals are enjoyed at a table extending from the island.Household linens, bed linens, small and large towels, washcloths, hair towels, hand towels, tea towels, and foutas for the lounge chairs… are provided and changed weekly for extended stays.Fantastically located for exploring and enjoying Marie Galante in a very peaceful, upscale area. You’ll find an outdoor shower so you can rinse off the sand and rinse your belongings when you return from the beach… A shaded, tiled bench facing the sea is perfect for setting down your beach gear, and it’s the only place in the property where smoking is permitted so as not to disturb your neighbors… This bench, the outdoor shower, and the private car park are the only common areas shared by the two “ appartements.La ” villas. The villa is brand-new; construction was completed in May 2024. The “Loft Lagon” is ideal for an unforgettable short- or long-term stay for couples!
