"Travelocity dropped the ball by not timely forwarding an email from the property! (I would recommend calling the hotel 1 day before arriving if you don’t receive the email.) Fortunately the manager was only 1 minute away. My stay was during the off-season, so many of the retail establishments were still closed. But the room was lovely! The location was close to everything. The beds were firm and the textiles soft. I would definitely stay here again."

"such an amazing place, very clean and spacious. we loved every minute at this place especially the basement with all the fun stuffs to play as a family and not to mention the hot tub in the back patio. this place is great for kids and adults, my 2 year old son was loving the backyard space and trampoline. Ricardo and Angela was super nice and pleasant to deal with. very close to pinery provincial park as well. the place is well maintained, arranged and loved the attention to detail at this place. Thanks for having us!! will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and have fun!!"

"We are a small group of quilters who organized a retreat using the space in the common room - it was spacious and well lit with natural light and pot lights. Everyone had their own bed and the four bathrooms were great! Overall the cottage is clean and spacious. Easy to locate and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Great hosts!"

"The layout of the rooms. Every room is unique. The room we had was Three Queen beds. Room location nice and quiet location. The outdoor sitting areas nice layout. Lobby of hotel very nice. Well done Grand Bend"
