Couches uncomfortable. Master toilet seat uneven. Deck was not shoveled so we could not access. Limited supply of pots/pans for cooking. Owner could spend a small amount of money and time and easily make this a 4 star place. Next time we stay at Granby Ranch I will spend the extra $50-100/night to stay at base camp 1. ##### jason l.
