Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Everything is labeled so it’s easy to find. Tons of info for visitors for things to do, places to eat, things to see. Desk fans, humidifiers, space heater, extra blankets, toiletries, all included. We were in Granby for a couple days. We were very close to everything we needed, mountains, restaurants etc. The condo was fully stocked. We were able to bring our dog as well which was nice. The only unfortunate part of our experience was the nearby forest fires. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of utensils, nice dishware and lots of seasonings. Did not like the poor communication and lack of service. Besides our emtry lock not working, directions to locate the back-up key lock box were not helpful and no effort to repair the entry lock was made intil pur departure. Lastly, abandonjng a confusing map, customer service knew little about the hot tub, or where it was located. After exploring in the dark, slipping on ice we eventually did locate an unlit area and a under heated hot tub. Remarkably, upon our departure it was explained to us our dark, unlit slippery adventure and circumstances were status quo.
