Nestled between Granbury and Glen Rose, approximately 90 minutes from DFW International Airport, Twin Canyons Ranch Resort is a 700-acre working Texas Longhorn and Hereford cattle ranch. Enjoy countryside tranquility, opportunities for adventure, and nearby attractions including Granbury’s historic town square, Lake Granbury, Fossil Rim Wildlife Centre, and Dinosaur Valley State Park. The ranch also features 1.5 miles of Brazos River frontage.

The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas make spending time together easy. Prepare meals in a kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and granite worktops, then gather at the dining table with seating for six, plus additional counter seating.

Natural light and sloped ceilings create an airy living space with comfortable seating, an HD Smart TV, and a contemporary fireplace. Step onto your private patio to grill, enjoy a favourite drink, and take in peaceful waterfront views.

Four Bedrooms & Three Full Bathrooms:
- Main-Level Primary Bedroom: Features a king-sized bed, HD Smart TV, closet, and additional storage. The private ensuite bathroom includes a walk-in tile shower, granite worktops, modern fixtures, and a hair dryer.

- Main-Level Second Bedroom: Includes a custom-built bunk system with a queen-sized lower bed and stairs leading to an XL twin upper bed, plus an HD Smart TV and closet. This bedroom connects to the second bathroom, which features a tub/shower combination and granite worktops.

- Upstairs Third Bedroom: Features a custom-built bunk system with a queen-sized lower bed and stairs leading to an XL twin upper bed.

- Upstairs Fourth Bedroom: Offers a comfortable queen-sized bed and closet.

- Upstairs Bathroom: The third full bathroom serves the upstairs bedrooms and includes a tub/shower combination, granite worktops, modern fixtures, and a hair dryer.

Towels and bed linens are provided. The upstairs bedrooms and bathroom require access by an interior staircase.

Important Details:
- The pool and hot tub are shared among overnight resort guests, not private to the villa.

- The villa is not on Lake Granbury. The lake is approximately 10 minutes away, with no direct access from the ranch.

- Two bedrooms and one bathroom are upstairs. Both bunk systems also require stairs to reach the upper beds.

- This is an active cattle ranch. Please remain in designated guest areas and follow posted rules and staff guidance.
