This captivating VRBO offers a unique and enchanting atmosphere for the whole family to enjoy. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it provides ample space for a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals together. Children will be delighted by the playground, ensuring endless fun and excitement while parents get to grill right outside by the water. Don't miss out on this extraordinary stay! Indoor Area: Master Bedroom I Queen Bed, Full Bathroom with Shower, a 50" Smart TV and One Closet. First Guest Bedroom I Queen Bed, with One Closet. Second Guest Bedroom I Two, Twin Over Bunk Beds, and One Closet. Living Room I Couch, 65" Mounted Smart TV, and Electric Fireplace. Disclaimer: The home is by a small lake in the community, but it is not directly on Lake Granbury or the Brazos River. TELEVISION and INTERNET: There is a Mounted 65" Smart TV in the Living Room and a 50" Smart TV in the Master Bedroom that have access to Netflix, Disney +, and Hulu. You may also cast to the TV and connect to the high-speed wireless internet provided. INTERACTIONS WITH NATURE: We kindly ask our guests to enjoy their stay at our VRBO while being mindful of the local wildlife. The surroundings of our property may attract various animals, including ducks, turtles, fish, birds, and snakes. While these creatures add to the natural beauty of the area, we encourage caution and respect during encounters. Please refrain from feeding the animals and stay out of the lake area, as there are snakes in the area. KITCHEN AND COFFEE: You will have access to a Keurig with complimentary pods, creamer, and tea. The kitchen is fully equipped with knives, cookware and appliances. ENTERTAINMENT: There is a kid's playground in the backyard, along with two swings. There is also a variety of board games and card games in the home that can be used during your stay. CHILDREN: The house is child-friendly, and you are encouraged to bring the whole family but please be aware the house is not "childproof" - there are stairs and different elevations in the backyard and around the exterior portions of the home and many decorative items within reach. It is your responsibility as a parent to evaluate the suitability of the property for your needs, and to ensure your children are safe and following the house rules. All cabinets and drawers are labled and things are easy to find. Only one thing i would recommend is a king size bed for master. And my father wanted me to mention a tv for the guest bedroom but i dont feel that its that important we all had a blast we used the grill and my kids love the fireplace under the mantle. The space is always spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we need for a comfortable stay. It truly feels like a home away from home. Beautiful new house, nicely decorated. Super clean.I am the cook and the kitchen is great. Everything you'd need. And not some hand-me-down cooking gear. All new good stuff. The outdoor areas are great. We had an older person with us and it's nice to sit out without going down stairs. View of the lake is great. The bedrooms and baths are fully appointed. The shower in the master bath is OMG. Really great getaway. The labels on drawers and cabinets to help finding are really clever. ##### Scot W. Comfy firm beds, all you could want in the kitchen for cooking, everything clearly labeled, great living room for lounging, and the playground was a huge hit with our grandkids! The property listing is accurate as far as pictures go...if you have small kids the slant in the back yard is not as dramatic as it looks in pictures and the playground was awesome to have to help burn some energy! The kitchen was stocked well with appliances and cookware...we brought home food to-go for dinner but made breakfast the last morning and had coffee/sandwiches for lunch. The only frustration was the guard gate...apparently it is very common to in the area to have these "gated communities" with no thru traffic - we ran into another one with the way Google Maps told us to go to Revolver and had to go all the way back West to 144 and North to 377\. It's confusing because they are very mixed-development communities...double-wides to barndominiums to new single family homes like this one. Additionally...its hard to know when you book, but this house is alllll the way back in the community. It took around 10-15 minutes just to get back to 144\. Not a huge deal since we spent a lot of time at the house, but Saturday we needed to go back for a nap for our 1-yr-old and it was a lot of extra time just getting to and from the house. ##### Sarah D.
