Cancellations
The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

No Pets Allowed
Pets are not permitted on the property at all times.

No Garage Access
The garage is not available for guest use.

Boat & Dock Access
There is a tie-up available for guest boats at the dock. Please note that there is no access to any boat or jet ski located on the property, and no slip or lift is available—tie-up only.

Entertainment
The home does not have cable service. TVs are set up for streaming services only.

Front Door Step Free Access and includes a bathroom equipped with grab rails for added support.

Exterior Security Cameras
There are five exterior security cameras on the property. They are motion-activated and face outdoor areas only; no interior spaces are monitored.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
